RYHA COVID Screening Process (as of 10/27/2020)

1. Players MUST RSVP for each and every Team Activity (games, scrimmages, practices).  An RSVP of “YES” indicates player/parent have read the COVID Screening Questions and can answer ‘no’ to all illness/symptom related questions.  An RSVP of “NO” indicates the players cannot attend the team activity due to a schedule conflict (another activity, out of town, etc) or the player is sick.

**If the player and/or family member is sick, follow the RYHA COVID policy**

Players can enter the rink if they’ve completed the RSVP and it’s 150 minutes prior to their session.
