At Laura Stamm Power Skating, we focus on teaching the proper skating techniques to increase the player's efficiency and effectiveness. We do this by having the players (at all levels) practice well within their comfort level. Once we fix their techniques we bring them back up to speed so they can feel the effectiveness of skating done correctly.

Rochester Bandits Development Programs

Our goal is to offer developmental programs to youth hockey players who want to become better players but do not want to commit their entire summer dedicated to hockey. Our programs are designed to give your player a taste of what the traveling AAA and A level players receive without the peer pressure, the expenses and time commitments.  We are not concerned about the skill level of your player. We do not charge for nor host tryouts. We are looking for kids that WANT to be at the rink, that WANT to get better and who WILL be engaged. Our goal is to provide an environment where all levels of players help each other develop as hockey players. We are also not concerned about age but note that the majority of the players are of Pee-Wee level.  The entry fees are set so that families do not have to feel terrible for missing sessions and allows for conflicts with other sports/activities. Programs are broken up and offered in an ala-carte type of registration. You can sign up for one session or all of our sessions.
